Build Your Real Estate Career.
We’ve Already Built the Machine Behind It.
Leads. Marketing. Coaching. Training. All backed by the team.
Most agents are expected to produce while also building and paying for the infrastructure it takes to succeed. At High Performance, we’ve built a different model. You bring the talent, drive and follow-through. We put the leads, marketing, systems, coaching and support behind you to help you produce more and build a career that lasts.

Who this is for:
New to real estate or already producing and ready for more. If you’re serious about growing your business without having to build and fund the entire machine yourself, start here.
What you’ll learn:
Where your leads come from, what High Performance invests in your success, and the systems, coaching and support already built around you, so you can focus on producing.
What happens next:
If the model makes sense for you, we’ll start a conversation. No pressure and no hard sell, just a chance to talk about your goals, what you’re looking for, and whether High Performance is the right place to build what’s next.
Six Things That Change the Math on a Real Estate Career
Most agents are expected to fund the very things they need to grow. At High Performance, we put the team’s resources behind your production.
Cap Repayment Program
Your brokerage cap shouldn’t spend the year working against you. Our Cap Repayment Program rewards production by earning that money back as you hit performance milestones: up to $11,500 back when you reach full cap.
Why it matters:
- Lowers the real cost of year one
- Rewards production, not tenure
- More of what you earn back in your pocket
Marketing Investment
Advertising, lead generation, listing marketing, and contract processing are paid for by HPREA. The number the team spends every month is larger than what most agents net in a year.
Covered for you:
- Paid lead generation across all sources
- Listing and property marketing
- Contract-to-close support
Inbound Leads
Buyer and seller opportunities come in every day and our inside sales team helps turn that demand into conversations and appointments on your calendar. You’re not starting every morning wondering where the next opportunity will come from.
What you get:
- Consistent inbound buyer + seller opps
- ISA-set appointments on your calendar
- A built follow-up and nurture system
Coaching
This isn’t motivational coaching for the sake of checking a box. It’s hands-on guidance built around your actual business: your pipeline, conversion, follow-up, pricing conversations and the opportunities sitting in front of you.
Includes:
- One-to-one production coaching
- Group sessions and role-play
- Access to national-level trainers
Training
Whether you’re getting licensed or already producing, you shouldn’t have to figure out your next level alone. Our structured training, mentorship and continuing education give you a clear path to sharpen your skills and produce faster.
Includes:
- Fast Start onboarding program
- Agent Mentor pairing
- 30% off licensing & CE courses
Compare the Models
A commission split only tells part of the story. Compare what it actually costs to operate solo versus what High Performance funds, provides and takes off your plate. Then decide which model gives you more room to produce.
Compares:
- Who pays for leads and marketing
- Admin and transaction load
- Training, coaching and ramp time
The Cap Repayment Program
Most brokerages treat your cap as the cost of doing business. At High Performance, production can earn it back. Our Cap Repayment Program is designed to reward agents who produce by putting that money back where it belongs: with the agent who earned it.
It’s more than a line item.
A cap comes directly out of what you earn. At Keller Williams Ballantyne, that’s $11,500. For a growing agent, that can mean spending a significant part of the year working just to absorb the cost of being at your brokerage.
Produce more. Earn it back.
As you reach defined production milestones, the amount you’ve contributed toward your cap is returned to you. Hit your full cap and that can mean up to $11,500 back in your pocket.
- Tied to production, not seniority
- Milestones defined up front
- Nothing to apply for or negotiate
Your brokerage starts investing back in you.
Instead of treating the cap as money that disappears every year, your production creates a path to earning it back and keeping more of what you worked for.
See exactly how Cap Repayment works.
We’ll break down the program, production milestones, and what agents can earn back.
You Should Not Be Paying to Fill Your Own Pipeline
The most common reason a new agent stalls is spending their own money on leads before they know how to convert them. That cost sits with the team here.
Team spend on marketing & lead generation
Advertising, lead gen and contract processing are covered
Inbound buyer and seller inquiries across all sources
Inside sales associates book consultations into your calendar
What the team pays for
Solo agents typically run a marketing budget out of commission: portals, ads, mailers, photography, closing coordination. All of it is carried by HPREA.
Covered:
- Paid search, portal and social lead generation
- Listing marketing, photography and collateral
- Contract processing and closing coordination
- CRM, tech stack and presentation materials
How a lead reaches you
Volume alone doesn’t help anyone. What matters is what happens between the inquiry arriving and someone sitting down with you, and that’s the part we’ve systemised.
The path:
- Inquiry lands from a paid or organic source
- Automated nurture starts immediately
- ISA qualifies and books the consultation
- It appears on your calendar with context attached
Lead volume is not the constraint. Follow-up discipline is. The industry average is that most inquiries are contacted once and never again. A system that touches the same lead consistently for months will outperform one that buys twice as many leads and drops them after a week. That’s the machine you’re plugging into here.
Someone Else Should Know Your Numbers Too.
Great agents know their numbers. Great teams make sure someone else is paying attention to them too. Coaching at High Performance is built around your actual pipeline: what’s moving, what’s stuck, where opportunities are being lost, and exactly what to work on next.
Production Coaching
Sit down with your numbers on a set cadence. Conversion rate, follow-up cadence, appointment-to-contract ratio, and a specific plan for the next two weeks.
Team Sessions & Role-Play
Pricing conversations, objection handling, buyer consultations. Rehearsed with people who’ve had the conversation a hundred times, so the first live one isn’t the first one.
National-Level Trainers
Ongoing access to some of the most sought-after trainers in the industry, brought in on top of internal coaching.
Reserved for the coaching video once filmed. Section works without it.
A Structured Ramp, Not
"Shadow Someone and Figure It Out"
The reason agents wash out of this industry in year one is almost never talent.
It’s that nobody ever showed them the sequence.
Fast Start
A defined onboarding program that keeps you on the activities that actually produce income in the early weeks, rather than the ones that feel productive.
Focus:
- Lead follow-up and conversion basics
- Buyer consultation and loyalty agreements
- Writing and presenting offers
Agent Mentor
A working agent you can take a live question to. The gap between training content and a real client on the phone is where most people stall; this closes it.
Focus:
- Real transactions, in real time
- Escalation path when something goes sideways
- Feedback on your actual conversations

How Agents Actually Succeed in This Market
This part is true whether you ever apply here or not. If it’s useful, take it.
Conversations held, appointments set, and appointments-to-contract. Almost every agent who struggles is guessing at all three. Almost every agent who does well can tell you all three from memory. Whatever you do and wherever you do it, start tracking them in week one.
The agents clients come back to are the ones who told them not to buy a particular house, who flagged the drainage problem, who explained why an offer wouldn’t be accepted. That advice costs a commission in the short run and builds the referral business that carries you in the long run.
New agents chase the big listing and avoid the small buyer. It’s backwards. Twenty small transactions teach you the job; one large one teaches you almost nothing and takes six months. Take the reps early.
Income in this business is lumpy. Costs are not. Agents leave because fixed monthly expenses (leads, ads, fees, office space, dues, etc.) kept running through a quiet quarter. Whatever model you choose, look hard at what you’re committed to paying in a month where nothing closes.
