If a Hero Needs Help
Buying a Home
They will receive a 25% credit from High Performance Heroes toward one of the following: closing costs, home repairs, or a price adjustment. This credit helps ease the financial burden of homeownership and provides a tangible “thank you” for their service.
If a Hero Needs Help
Selling a Home
They will receive a 25% credit on the agent commission listing fee from High Performance Heroes. This allows our local heroes to keep more of their hard-earned equity while selling their home with confidence and expert representation.
If a Hero Needs Assistance With Urgent Needs:
They may qualify to receive financial assistance for a current hardship. This portion of the program was created to help local heroes through unexpected challenges — because serving others shouldn’t mean standing alone when life gets difficult.
