Working with High Performance Real Estate Advisors has been very convenient. Davon, Alvaro, and Dominique have been very responsive and have proven to be incredibly knowledgeable in real estate. Each of them are friendly, personable, and informative. Someone is available to take my call or answer a text or email at virtually any reasonable time. This being my first time involved in the home buying process, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. The fact that this is a team of people working together has made the leg work on my end both minimal and manageable, to accommodate my hectic workload. High Performance Real Estate Team sets the bar high for being the best experience I have ever had during a buying transaction. With today’s market you have got to have a very honest, professional, hardworking, and always staying on top with you each day for homes coming to market. HP team is just that they work very well as a team. Never did I have any doubt that my team would not come through for me and put me in the right home that was a fit for me. Over a 3-month period my team put me on 13 homes before finding the right fit for me. Loved the honesty that the Showing Specialist would give me about each home of the pros and cons of each one. Mimi is more a myth than a person. For most people, a home purchase is their largest investment, and Mimi is the only person I trust to see it through to the finish line. There is no telling what humanity could accomplish if everyone was as competent and capable as this.
