12. SMS Terms of Service
High Performance Real Estate Advisors — SMS Messaging Program
High Performance Real Estate Advisors offers an SMS messaging program to provide property updates, listing alerts, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications to customers who opt in.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number you received the message from. After you send STOP, you will no longer receive text messages from us.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@hprea.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

13. Property Listing Information (IDX)
The data relating to real estate on this Site derive in part from the Canopy MLS IDX program. Listings courtesy of Canopy MLS as distributed by MLS GRID. Brokers make an effort to deliver accurate information, but buyers should independently verify any information on which they will rely in a transaction. All properties are subject to prior sale, change or withdrawal.
