If the buyers come through one of our marketing services, then we’ll get a commission on the house, but if you bring the buyer in with your own advertising, then we won’t take a commission. The best part is we’ll do professional photos, measurements, virtual tours, and online advertising for free. You won’t pay a dime for them if you bring the buyer.
